Refund Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

We want you to feel great about supporting WorshipSongs.ai. Here's how refunds and cancellations work, in plain English.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no phone calls, no hoops. Use the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email, or simply email isaac@worshipsongs.ai and we'll cancel it for you. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

First-Time Subscriber Guarantee

If you subscribe for the first time and the service isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. We'd rather you leave happy than feel stuck with something that didn't fit your ministry.

Monthly Renewals

Because AI song generation has real per-song costs, renewal payments for months already started are generally non-refundable once songs have been generated in that period. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend and haven't used any generations that cycle, reach out within 7 days and we'll work with you — usually that means a refund.

Yearly Plans

Yearly subscriptions come with the same 7-day first-time guarantee. After that window, yearly plans are non-refundable for the current term, but you can cancel renewal anytime and keep access for the rest of your year.

Failed or Faulty Generations

If a paid song generation fails or produces clearly broken output, that's on us. Email us with the details and we'll re-run it or credit the generation back to your account. Paid subscribers never lose a song to a technical hiccup.

How to Request a Refund

Email isaac@worshipsongs.ai with the email you used at checkout and a quick note about what happened. A real person reads every message, and we typically respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually appearing within 5–10 business days.

Questions?

If anything here is unclear, just ask. We built this for worship leaders and we intend to treat you the way we'd want our own church treated.
