1. What We Provide
WorshipSongs.ai offers AI-powered tools for creating original worship music, including a free lyrics generator, a worship set builder, blog content, and paid subscription plans ("Worship Plus" and "Worship Pro") that generate complete songs with audio.
2. Your Content and Song Ownership
When you generate a song using our tools, the output is yours to use. You may use, modify, perform, and share generated songs in worship services, ministry events, rehearsals, and personal projects without paying us royalties or licensing fees.
For commercial distribution of AI-generated audio (for example, releasing a generated track on streaming platforms), you are responsible for complying with the terms of the underlying AI music providers, which may have their own requirements for commercial use.
You agree not to enter content into our tools that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe, our payment processor.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal (linked in your receipt email) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
- Monthly song allowances on Worship Plus reset each billing cycle and unused songs do not roll over.
- We may change pricing with notice; changes apply at your next renewal, never mid-cycle.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
4. Fair Use
"Unlimited" generation on Worship Pro means unlimited normal human use — creating songs for your ministry, team, and projects. It does not permit automated scraping, resale of raw generation capacity, or use that degrades the service for others. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
5. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we depend on third-party AI providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Generation times and output quality may vary. If a paid generation fails, contact us and we'll make it right.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated content can occasionally be imperfect, and you're responsible for reviewing lyrics and audio for theological and practical fit before using them in your ministry. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorshipSongs.ai and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to These Terms
